I recently represented a group of tenants of a mobile home park in their opposition to the application of the landlord for a certificate to provide water services at the Park as a CPUC-regulated I have also done a fair amount of work for individual CLECA members negotiating and documenting power purchase arrangements with alternative suppliers, water utility.
